Social impact
The aim is a workplace with fair labour conditions, that is healthy and safe. Gender equity and human rights are cared for. Diversity is increased. Work-life balance is kept so the company can stay inventive.

The planet
A zero-waste mission is adopted for a greener world. The software that is built is expected to contribute to customers’ processes inside that frame.
Strategy
A business has to move from reacting to the day in front of it toward thinking about what comes next. The way forward is to use current technology and innovation to create sustainable opportunities that bring more value.
The strategy has four parts. A sustainable way of thinking, sustainable software products and maintenance, sustainable service delivery, and a sustainable organisation.
