Context
CHRYSO is a France-headquartered construction-chemicals producer. Under Saint-Gobain it has operated plants in Türkiye since 1997, delivering cement and concrete products across the country in bulk or standard packaging.
The challenge
The starting point was control over the transport cost of shipped products. The operation with contracted logistics operators ran entirely on paper.

Problems, improvement areas and needs were analysed across every stage of raw-material and product logistics.

Every stage from the customer order to delivery at the destination moved into Lantos TMS.

Orders flowed automatically from the ERP into Lantos TMS; transport planning and trip reconciliation with logistics partners were digitised.

Billing and audit
Transport was matched to invoicing, and financial reporting and audit joined the same flow.

Monovi supported the work during the project and after the system was delivered.
