• Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person,
• Company: MONOVİ Bilgi Teknolojileri Yayıncılık San. Tic. Anonim Şirketi,
• Processing of personal data: any operation performed on personal data, including obtaining, recording, storing, retaining, altering, reorganizing, disclosing, transferring, assigning, making available, classifying and restricting use, through to erasure, destruction or anonymization,
• Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK): Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data,
• Data controller: the natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and who is responsible for establishing and managing the filing system.

The Company is the data controller for your data processed on the website. The Company processes your data under Law No. 6698 and the related legislation.

• During your visit to the website, where the law requires it: the connection and exit date and time of the visit, the internet protocol, source and destination information and location data, and the data collected by cookies used to make the website more effective, easier and faster to use, to tailor the site’s services and activities to your needs, and to allow third-party websites to offer you more suitable services and offers,
• If you send a résumé to the email address in the “OPEN POSITIONS” section of the website, the personal data contained in that résumé,
• If you apply to Monovi Incudemy from the “INCUDEMY” section of the website, the personal data you enter on the page you are directed to,
• If you contact us through the website or the email address on it, the name, email address, phone number and all other personal data you provide,
• If you book a meeting or start a video call through the website, your name, email address, company and message, and the date and time of the meeting. During the call, the participants’ video and audio are only transmitted live; calls are not recorded.

The Company will process this data under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “KVKK” and/or the “Law”) and in line with the principles below.

• Being in compliance with the law and the rules of good faith.
• Being accurate and, where necessary, up to date.
• Being processed for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes.
• Being relevant, limited and proportionate to the purposes of processing.
• Being retained for the period required by the relevant legislation, or for as long as necessary for the purpose of processing.

Meeting and video call records are deleted automatically 90 days after the meeting date.

Any information that identifies you, or makes you identifiable, is “personal data”. Your personal data may be processed for the purposes below, and on the conditions stated in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, because the relevant laws expressly provide for it, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed.

• Carrying out the work required for you to benefit from our services and activities.
• Evaluating the résumés you send for open positions within the services and activities offered by the Company, and contacting you about the result.
• Determining the limited places for MONOVİ INCUDEMY training given by the Company, identifying the people who will receive training from the personal data you send, and contacting you about the training.
• Having our business units carry out the work required for the relevant people to benefit from the services and training offered by the Company, and running the related processes.
• Suggesting the services, activities and training offered by the Company according to your preferences, manner of use and needs, and providing the technical support and quality your requests require.
• Connecting the site with social networks so that sharing can be fast and unobstructed.
• Planning and holding the video meetings you request through the website, and contacting you about them.
• Answering every question and complaint about our services, activities and training.
• Taking all technical and administrative measures required for data security.
• Providing the information required by the requests and inspections of regulatory and supervisory authorities and other public bodies, and running the related administrative operations.
• Fulfilling our legal obligations in the manner the legislation requires, including the processing of online visitor data.
• Processing that is necessary for the Company to fulfil a legal obligation.

Under Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, we may share or transfer your personal data in order to achieve the processing purposes stated in this notice for the activities we carry out, and for the purposes set out below. Your personal data may be transferred to lawyers, auditors, tax advisers and other third parties from whom we receive consultancy and services; to regulatory and supervisory authorities and to other public authorities such as courts and enforcement offices; and to other public institutions and organizations authorized to request your personal data, within the conditions and purposes of processing stated in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

Your personal data may be transferred, in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK, to the suppliers whose services we use to host the website, handle email communication and hold video calls, and whose servers may be located abroad.

As a personal-data subject, we inform you that you have the following rights under Article 11 of the KVKK.

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed.
• To request information if your personal data has been processed.
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether your personal data is used in line with that purpose.
• To know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom your personal data is transferred.
• To request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data, and to request that this action be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data was transferred.
• To request the erasure or destruction of personal data when the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist, even if it was processed in accordance with the Law and other applicable laws, and to request that this action be notified to the third parties to whom it was transferred.
• To object to a result to your detriment reached by analysing the processed data exclusively through automated systems.
• To claim compensation if you suffer damage because your personal data was processed unlawfully.

Depending on the nature of your request, applications will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest. If the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.

Given the importance the Company places on protecting personal data and keeping it secure, and in accordance with Article 12 of the Law, the Company takes every technical and administrative measure required to provide an appropriate level of security for the purposes below.

• To prevent unlawful processing of personal data.
• To prevent unlawful access to personal data.
• To ensure that personal data is retained.

Apart from what the website needs in order to work, we use analytics cookies only with your explicit consent. You can accept or decline analytics cookies in the notice shown on your first visit. Unless you consent, no analytics cookie is used.

What a cookie is, and why it is used

The cookies we use

• Strictly necessary: your cookie choice and the topics you select for the contact form are kept in your browser’s local storage. A session cookie is used for authorised users who sign in to the administration panel. These are needed for the website to work and do not require consent.
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) cookies (_ga, _ga_*) help us understand the number of visits, the pages visited and where traffic comes from. They load only if you consent and are kept for up to two years. If you consent, this data may be processed on Google’s servers abroad. No advertising or personalisation cookies are used.
• Video calls: the call screen opens from the call provider’s domain and, only when you join a call, may keep the records the call needs in your browser.

You can change your choice at any time through the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of the page. When you withdraw consent, the analytics cookies are removed. Your choice is asked again after a year. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
